1. How to Use 365Print Portable Printers？

365Print portable printers can be directly connected to the computer. You can also search and download the "365Print" APP on Google Play and APP Store. After successful registration, you can find and connect the printer through Bluetooth search feature of 365Print APP. After the connection is set, you can start your printing as you like.

2. Does 365Print Need to Add ink?

No, 365Print printers work with high-tech thermal printing method and doesn't need consumables such as ink, ribbon or carbon, simply insert the printing paper and print easily.

3. Can 365Print Portable Printers Print Color Pictures?

Currently, 365Print portable printers only support monochrome black and white printing.

4. How to Change Paper with 365Print Portable Printers?

Check the arrow indication on the left side of the portable printer, push the printer slightly away as instructed, and then replace or adjust the printing paper.

5. What printing supplies does 365Print Portable Printers support?

It supports ordinary thermal paper, label thermal paper and self-adhesive thermal paper.

6. How long is the duration of photos of printed pictures and documents?

The photo duration varies according to the official consumables selected, and the photo duration varies from 1 to 10 years.

1. Since the date of receipt, the warranty period of the whole printer is 1 year (not including the printer head).

2. The printer head warranty period is 3 months or 30km printing mileage from the date of receipt.

3. During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to the production quality, or cannot work normally, you can repair or replace the printer parts free of charge.
